Why "Do It Yourself?"

The engine that drives lower cost is the “do it yourself” theme. Replacing the professional editor with the customer, thus reducing the cost, is how it’s achieved. 

The recipe for "do it yourself" is difficult and elusive.  First and foremost, the final product must be professional broadcast quality.  Second, the equipment must be easy to train on and simple to use for the customer.  It also must be connected in a manner allowing full utilization. And most importantly, the equipment must be able to be operated by a person of limited technical skills. 

Because the customers do the work themselves, the finished product is “their way.”  We find customer satisfaction to be extremely high, resulting in referrals and return visits. This is our most effective form of marketing. 

This recipe has taken years of development and was difficult to create.  The main reasons for this are because there is no other similar operation to use as a model, and much of the equipment that makes this possible has become available only recently.
